These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Lunomo website and purchases made through our online store.
The terms “Lunomo”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kirils Solovejs trading as Lunomo.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable European Union or national consumer protection law.

Lunomo operates as an online retailer serving customers within the European Union.
2. Our Products
Lunomo offers a curated selection of activewear, fitness-related products and activity accessories sourced from third-party suppliers.
Lunomo does not necessarily manufacture the products offered through the store.
Products may be stored, processed and dispatched by third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners, including partners located outside the European Union.
The use of third-party suppliers or fulfilment partners does not remove or reduce Lunomo’s obligations to customers under applicable consumer law.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colours, materials and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings and the device used to view the website.
Where applicable, product composition, safety information and other legally required product information will be provided on or alongside the relevant product listing.
If a product supplied materially differs from its description or otherwise does not conform to the sales contract, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Sizing
Sizing information is provided to assist customers in selecting an appropriate size.
Measurements may vary between products, fabrics and suppliers. Customers should review the relevant product information and Lunomo Size Guide before ordering.
Sizing guidance does not limit your statutory rights where a product does not conform to the information provided at the time of purchase.
5. Orders
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
Before completing your purchase, you will have an opportunity to review your products, delivery information and total price.
After placing your order, you will normally receive an electronic order confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including:
- The product is unavailable.
- Payment cannot be authorised.
- There is an obvious material pricing or product-information error.
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
- Delivery to the provided destination is not possible.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the relevant amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
6. Prices & Payment
Prices applicable to your purchase will be displayed before you submit your order.
Standard shipping is currently provided free of charge.
Applicable taxes and any other charges collected by Lunomo will be displayed as part of the ordering process where required.
Products may be dispatched from outside the European Union. Any applicable information regarding import charges will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
For deliveries within the European Union, the current estimated delivery period is 8–14 business days after dispatch.
These delivery periods are estimates unless we have expressly agreed to a guaranteed delivery date.

Where delivery is arranged by Lunomo or our fulfilment partners, the risk of loss or damage generally remains with Lunomo until the goods are physically received by you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
8. Multiple Shipments
Because Lunomo works with different fulfilment partners, products within the same order may occasionally be dispatched separately.
Separate packages may therefore arrive at different times.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because Lunomo fulfils an order using multiple packages.
9. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
EU consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
Detailed information concerning withdrawals, returns, return shipping costs and refunds is available in our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms restricts statutory withdrawal rights.
10. Faulty or Non-Conforming Products
Customers have statutory rights when goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise do not conform to the sales contract.
Under applicable Latvian consumer law, consumers generally have the right to make claims concerning non-conforming goods within two years. Consumers in other EU countries may benefit from additional mandatory protections under applicable national law.
These rights are separate from the 14-day withdrawal right.

11. Order Changes
If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Because orders may enter fulfilment shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
12. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact and delivery information.
If you notice an error in your delivery information, contact us as soon as possible.
Where incorrect information supplied by the customer causes reasonable additional delivery or redelivery expenses, the customer may be responsible for those additional costs where permitted by law.
13. Intellectual Property
The Lunomo name, branding and original content created by Lunomo are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Certain product photographs, product information, trademarks or other materials appearing on the website may belong to suppliers, manufacturers or other rights holders.
You may use the Lunomo website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Content may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission from the relevant rights holder except where permitted by law.
14. Third-Party Services
Our store may use services supplied by third parties including Shopify, payment providers, delivery companies, tracking providers and other technology providers.
These third parties may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
The use of third-party providers does not remove Lunomo’s responsibilities as seller where responsibility is imposed on us by applicable consumer law.
15. Shopify
The Lunomo store is powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides technology and infrastructure used to operate our online store but is not the seller of products purchased from Lunomo.
Your purchase contract is with Kirils Solovejs trading as Lunomo.
16. Privacy & Cookies
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies.
Where consent is legally required for analytics, advertising or other non-essential technologies, those technologies will be used according to the consent choices available through our website.

17. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Lunomo website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with its security, introduce malicious software, unlawfully obtain information belonging to another person, infringe intellectual-property rights, or intentionally disrupt operation of the store.

Where an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lunomo will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for circumstances for which Lunomo is not legally responsible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and applicable European Union law.
If you reside in another EU Member State, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available to you under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The version applicable to an order will generally be the version in effect when that order was placed unless applicable law requires otherwise.
