We hope you are happy with your Lunomo purchase. If you wish to return an item, please review the information below.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Consumers within the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
Where several goods forming one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally begins when the final item is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Lunomo of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.
Starting a Return

You may use the Model Withdrawal Form below, although its use is not mandatory.
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw, you must return the relevant goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision.
Return Address
Do not return products to the address printed on the original shipping package unless Lunomo specifically instructs you to do so.
Products are fulfilled through different suppliers and logistics partners, so the appropriate return destination depends on the product and order.
We will provide the correct return address after receiving your return request.
Because our products are fulfilled by suppliers located in China, the return destination may be located outside the European Union.
Return Shipping Costs
For an ordinary change-of-mind return made under the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless applicable law requires otherwise or Lunomo agrees to cover the cost.
We recommend using tracked shipping and retaining proof of shipment until the return has been completed.
Different rules apply to faulty, incorrect, damaged or non-conforming products.
Condition of Returned Products
You may inspect and try the goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, similar to how you could inspect them in a physical shop.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for this purpose.
Refunds
Following a valid withdrawal, Lunomo will reimburse payments that must be reimbursed under applicable law without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you inform us of your decision to withdraw.
For sales of goods, Lunomo may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Because Lunomo’s standard shipping is free, there is normally no standard outbound shipping charge to reimburse.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to your order, contact us at:
Include your order number and a description of the problem. Where appropriate, we may ask for photographs to help us assess the issue.
Your statutory rights relating to non-conforming goods are separate from the 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal right.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
Exchanges
Lunomo does not currently provide direct exchanges.
If you would like another size, colour or product, you may return an eligible product and place a new order.
